Meet Julie Ann Gauthier, co-owner of Joey’s Deep Sea Fishing, a family-owned PEI tradition creating unforgettable memories on the water since 1978! 

For nearly 50 years, Joey’s Deep Sea Fishing has been helping visitors experience life on the water, creating memories that last long after their PEI vacation ends. It’s more than just a fishing trip, it’s a chance to slow down, hear local stories, and experience a true taste of Island coastal life.

When asked about her favourite part of working in tourism, Julie Ann says it’s all about the people. From meeting visitors from around the world to helping families create unforgettable memories together, she loves sharing the beauty of Prince Edward Island with everyone who steps aboard.
