For this week’s Member Highlight, we’re getting to know Stacey Beamish from Deep Roots Distillery! 

Stacey’s favourite hidden gems on PEI are the Island’s smaller beaches. She loves packing up the kids and exploring somewhere new, discovering hidden treasures even after years of Island adventures.

What makes Deep Roots Distillery unique? Every spirit is inspired by PEI. From locally sourced ingredients to Island history, traditions, and flavours, each bottle tells a story that visitors and locals can take home and remember.

Her top pick from the shop? The Maple Liqueur. Made with local maple syrup, it’s smooth, perfectly balanced, and best enjoyed over ice with friends.
