Meet Flory Sanderson (aka Farmer Flory), the heart behind Island Hill Farm in Hampshire, PEI!
What makes her business so special is that they are a working agritourism farm; the first of its kind on PEI, raising dairy goats for artisan soap, along with alpacas, Angora rabbits, and Highland cows. It’s a hands-on, educational experience with animals, classes, and farm life to explore.
Visitors can also enjoy her café, farm-made products in Farmer Flory’s Shoppe, and her gardens. Open 5 days a week, rain or shine, there’s something for everyone.
Her favourite product is their lavender goat milk soap, made with lavender grown right here on the farm.
And her goats are definitely the friendliest; they love attention and visitors.
