The Experience Specialist program is designed to motivate, educate and connect front line people in our region so that together, we can create a better experience for our visitors; encouraging them to stay longer. This program makes it easy to answer the question "what is there to do here?"
Experience Specialist training is ideal for anyone interacting with visitors to the Island, so essentially everyone! Whether you're working in the tourism industry or a front line worker at a restaurant, taxi service, or local store, this program is for you!
